The benchmark we hold ourselves to is the great national-champion enterprises of the last century — family-built groups that became engines of their countries' economies and helped lift them, within a single generation, from poverty toward the frontier of global industry. Nelson Kasadha is a Ugandan entrepreneur and development professional with a civilisational purpose: to build the enterprises and institutions that enable the progress and prosperity of every African.

That ambition is grounded in practice. More than twenty years — across enterprise development, banking, development work, and management consulting — he has learned how value is really created, and where Africa's economies stall. The Maganda Group is where he converts that experience into things built to last.

He works at the intersection of Africa's development challenges and its commercial opportunities, building — deliberately, and to a world standard — the institutions a rising continent depends on.
